Tech report by researcher​ ​Pavel​ ​Karpashevich, following AffecTech’s training event at Lancaster University

The first training event of the AffecTech network took place on September 17-22, 2017 at Lancaster University. The​ ​event​ ​hosted​ ​15​ ​PhD​ ​students​ ​from​ ​European​ ​institutions,​ ​supervisors​ ​and​ ​guest​ ​lecturers. The event started on Sunday, September 17, with a seminar by Prof. Steve Whittaker from the University of California at Santa Cruz on design for reflection on emotion, describing his experience in designing and evaluating reflective systems, which assisted people suffering from affective​ ​disorders.
